How this website works, what happens when you email us, and where to ask about your information.

When you email hello@stromcoffee.com, your email address, message and any attachments are sent through your email provider to Ström Coffee. The website opens your email app; it does not upload files or send the message for you.
Share only the information needed for your enquiry. An email link click does not confirm that a message has been delivered or read.
Applications are sent by email to our team. Include relevant experience and availability. Please do not send identity documents, financial information or other sensitive records with an initial introduction.
For questions about how your application is used, who can access it, how long it is kept, or to request access, correction or removal, contact hello@stromcoffee.com.
Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. The Fika timer, conversation cards, word book, and drink finder run in your browser; they do not send your answers or selections to Ström.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Google Maps, Uber Eats and Instagram links take you to separate services. Their own privacy practices apply when you use them. This website does not process delivery orders or payments.
